NEW BARN ROAD – ROAD WORKS/TRAFFIC LIGHTS

Dear Community Members,

There have been a few enquiries regarding longer than expected delays at the traffic lights on New Barn Road, further information obtained is that this could be due to removing the spoil from site which is carried out between 10:00 – 14:00 to avoid peak. To do this the grab lorry needs to pull up next to the excavation so lights have to be put on red for 5 mins.

The lights are also being checked remotely to ensure there are no issues.

Regards,
Parish Clerk
